Job Description: Community and School Outreach Worker (24 hours per week, flexible)

About ADHD Embrace: We work to ensure that children and young people with ADHD are understood, supported and able to thrive. ADHD Embrace is a small, impactful community charity supporting children and young people with ADHD, along with their families and the professionals who work with them. For over 20 years, we have provided trusted information, practical support and advocacy, building long‑standing relationships within our community.
