About the Role

This is a hands-on, generalist role sitting across Communications and Marketing. You'll support earned media campaigns, produce marketing content and cut video – sometimes all in the same day. We're looking for someone who can move between a press release draft, a social media carousel and an interview edit without losing the thread.

You'll work directly with the Director of Communications in Sydney and alongside a small team spanning communications and design. The work covers three distinct brands and shifts fast - you might spend the morning pulling data points for an industry report, the afternoon editing a case study interview into social clips, and the end of the day drafting copy for a Loadshift campaign.

This is a junior role, but it's not a passive one. You'll be expected to take ownership of tasks, flag problems...
