Responsibilities
  • Develop and create communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, memos, and other content.
  • Produce multimedia content such as videos, digital assets, and social media materials.
  • Manage and maintain internal communication channels and platforms.
  • Monitor media coverage and support communication-related reporting activities.
  • Coordinate and support events, town halls, campaigns, and senior management visits.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event execution.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, approval processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
