Execute, monitor, and control daily commissary production in accordance with approved recipes, production schedules, SOPs, and yield standards.
Ensure strict compliance with batch accuracy, portioning, production sequencing, and timelines.
Exercise authority to stop, delay, or reject production batches that do not meet approved quality, food safety, or process standards, with immediate reporting to the Commissary Manager.
Identify production inefficiencies, deviations, or risks and implement or recommend corrective actions.
Support stable, scalable, and disciplined commissary operations across all supported brands.
