We are looking for an experienced Hot Production Cook to join the team at the Bon Appétit Management Company (not the magazine) commissary kitchen in Sunnyside, Queens .

Our kitchen produces over 1500 meals a day , and everything is made from scratch . We are looking for cooks with strong fundamentals, solid technique, and pride in producing high-quality food.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule , making it an excellent opportunity for talented cooks seeking a better work-life balance while still cooking at a high level. Our chef team comes from Michelin-starred restaurant backgrounds , and we take great care in serving thoughtful, well-executed food.
