1. 负责员工餐厅日常餐食的加工制作,严格按标准菜谱及食品安全规范执行烹饪操作;
2. 协助主厨完成食材初加工、配餐准备、灶台清洁及后厨区域卫生维护工作;
3. 遵守食品卫生安全管理制度,落实生熟分开、餐具消毒、留样登记等关键控制要求;
4. 配合完成餐饮服务保障任务,包括但不限于员工用餐高峰时段支援、临时加餐及特殊饮食需求响应。
1. 具备中餐或西餐基础烹饪技能,持有有效健康证明,无传染性疾病(依据《就业服务与就业管理规定》第十九条,不以乙肝等传染病病原携带状态作为拒录理由);
2. 至少1年食堂、团餐或酒店后厨相关工作经验,熟悉常规厨房设备操作与安全规范;
3. 具备良好的卫生意识、团队协作能力及基本沟通能力,能适应倒班与高峰期工作节奏;
4. 符合国家关于劳动用工年龄的法定要求,无法律禁止从业情形。
