About the role

We're on the lookout for a Commis Chef with a passion for delivering fantastic food and exceptional guest service. The successful applicant will be capable and professional with experience in large volume, high quality banquet, and buffet production. This role includes working evening shifts as well as weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
The perfect candidate will have/be: 2 + years of kitchen experience or equivalent qualification, a “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills, a passion for providing fantastic service and a genuine interest to work in the hospitality industry, enjoy working with a fun, diverse team, able to produce a quality product and maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene.
