Business Lounge at the airport seeks to hire a Commis Chef with a culinary diploma. Position will involve shift work; own reliable transport is a must. Shifts: 05:00–13:00 and 12:00–21:00.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Commis Chef in the airport lounge kitchen.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Culinary diploma
• 2+ years of experience
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and HACCP
• Own reliable transport
• Criminal clear record
