Responsibilities
- Work as a Commis Chef in the airport lounge kitchen.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Culinary diploma
- 2+ years of experience
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and HACCP
- Own reliable transport
