At the heart of this modern barbecue restaurant is an open kitchen concept with a custom four-tonne, dual cavity oven, and four elevation grills. Burnt Ends writes new menus daily and believes that there is magic that comes from cooking with wood.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake all bakery items for the menu and catered events following standardised recipes.
Savoury food/hot food prep is required as well
Estimate baking needs, requisition adequate supplies, inventories supplies and keep record of products prepared and use
Use weights and measures to adjust ingredients in recipes
Ensure bakery and equipment are maintained according to proper health and sanitation standards
