Description
Growing AI company is seeking a Commercial Counsel with strong SaaS experience to support our sales team in negotiating and closing high-volume software-as-a-service transactions. This role will partner closely with sales, revenue, finance, security, and business stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance that helps drive revenue while managing risk. This position is 100% remote, so candidates from across the US are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will hold an active Bar license in any US jurisdiction and have at least 4-6+ years of experience supporting sales teams with SaaS agreement negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of SaaS agreements, including MSAs, order forms, NDAs, DPAs, SLAs, and vendor paper. Based on general knowledge.
