Summary: Prepare detailed material, labor, and cost estimates for mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems, including conceptual estimates when plans aren't available. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and pricing
• Review plans, specs, and vendor quotes for compliance and scope
• Track bid changes, addenda, and project updates
• Communicate project details, issues, and value engineering ideas
• Maintain estimating files and support project handoff
• Assist with contracts, meetings, and mentoring as needed
