A leading International Law Firm is keen to hire an associate for its ambitious, motivated and growing Commercial & Technology team. The role will involve working with clients who do not have a general in house, or who’s in house general counsel requires support.

You will work on a variety of commercial contracts, supervise more junior lawyers, manage client relationships and become involved in business development. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in commercial contracts, including distributorship and agency contracts, sales terms and conditions, licensing agreements and collaboration agreements.

Your clients will be mainly technology suppliers and demand lawyers who understand their business and their tech as well as provide innovative solutions.
