Position Summary Established and growing Miami‐based General Contracting firm is seeking for immediate hire a highly experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our team of professionals. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day‐to‐day field operations of their project as related to construction implementation and complete project management. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high‐end commercial construction projects with an emphasis on Restaurant/Retail. Candidate must be organized, detail‐oriented, and driven. They will establish priorities with their project team and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver their project on time and to plan.
