This is a highly collaborative role where you will act as the vital bridge between Commercial Sales, Engineering, and on-site Installation Teams. Taking full ownership of planning, executing, and delivering commercial and industrial solar installations, your projects will range significantly in size, complexity, and location. You will be an active, hands‑on, technical leader who conducts site walkthroughs, solves complex on‑site problems, ensures uncompromised health and safety compliance, and builds internal capability. You will simultaneously lead a direct internal team and manage a network of specialist contractors, holding everyone to the same high standard of delivery.
