            Key Responsibilities

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Commercial P&C underwriting team.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to underwriting staff and team members.

Review, evaluate, and underwrite commercial insurance risks in accordance with

carrier guidelines.

Oversee the preparation, placement, and servicing of commercial accounts with

insurance carriers.

Maintain effective communication with producers, carriers, and clients.

Monitor renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions.

Ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and regulatory
