Role Purpose

The Commercial Operations & Renewals Administrator is responsible for supporting the commercial function through effective CRM administration, commercial documentation, invoicing, subscription management, and renewal coordination. The role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, supporting customer retention, and ensuring that internal processes run efficiently and consistently.

This position works closely with Business Development, Finance, Consulting, and Support teams to deliver a professional and seamless experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.
