This is a first shift opportunity and the **pay rate is up to $26/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers
+ Apply paint and coatings using air-assisted spray equipment, brushes, and rollers
+ Assist with spray operations and support paint shoots
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment
+ Work in confined spaces, heights, and outdoor environments
+ Follow all company safety procedures and policies
