 :Commercial Manager
We are seeking an experienced, strategically minded and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role within the commercial team for our HS2 Track contract.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and management skills, supported by a proven track record in delivering major infrastructure projects.
Location: Euston, London 
Responsibilities:
Administering NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract
Managing major work packages with values in excess of £100m
Supporting the Commercial Lead, providing clear commercial guidance to the wider project team
Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust commercial, accounting, and management processes
Administeringrisk and opportunity management, ensuring commercial entitlement is fully protected and maximised
