Candidate Profile A Commercial Manager shall demonstrate direct experience of different project values contracts forms and procurement routes. Strong leadership skills are required, including being able to manage a QS team for the lifecycle of a project and interface with the project team. Responsible for ensuring that the commercial strategy is achieved including all risks, liabilities, etc of contractual agreements identified by the Commercial Director being understood/administered. This person is also likely to be either MCIOB or MRICS, with experience ideally covering fitting out and construction sectors.
