Role Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Commercial Manager with specialist experience in construction logistics to manage the commercial aspects of a large-scale subcontractor package on a hyperscale data centre project in Finland. This role will support the delivery of all site logistics services—including access control, traffic management, hoisting, waste, material handling, temporary electrics and temporary facilities—ensuring cost control, risk mitigation, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
