The Role
Lead, coach, and develop a commercial team, creating a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.Oversee the full commercial lifecycle, including tendering, pricing, contract management, risk assessment, change control, and project close-out.Provide accurate commercial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Strengthen commercial systems, processes, and controls to improve efficiency, consistency, and performance.Collaborate with operational and finance teams to ensure effective planning, delivery, and financial management.
