            Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key Editions partners to maximize growth and profitability 
Lead commercial negotiations and manage terms with Editions partners 
Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations functions to launch and scale partner businesses 
Analyze partner performance to derive actionable insights and growth suggestions 
Execute strategic initiatives in coordination with the Editions Commercial Lead to achieve business goals 
Identify and pursue new leads to onboard into the Editions ecosystem 
Requirements 3+ years of commercial experience, ideally managing multiple clients or customers 
Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry 
Familiarity with financial metrics and a solid understanding of P&L 
Data-driven mindset with a focus on results-oriented outcomes
