Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA advantageous)
Minimum 5 years experience in a senior commercial, sales, or retail leadership role
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and commercial performance
Strong experience in retail environments, including pricing, promotions, and category management
Solid understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and financial analysis
Experience with ERP, CRM, and analytics systems (SAP advantageous)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
Ability to travel regionally as required
