The firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Partner to play a significant role in the continued expansion of its Manchester disputes practice. The role involves advising clients on a broad range of complex, high-value commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, fraud matters, business protection issues and other strategic commercial conflicts. You will contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen existing client relationships, and identify opportunities to grow the practice regionally and nationally.
