            Responsibilities  Lead all commercial elements and define the strategic direction for the Editions business in the UAE 
Optimize the Editions restaurant portfolio to ensure product-market fit and long-term vision 
Identify new business leads and negotiate commercial terms with strategic partners 
Coordinate across Commercial, Sales, Site Ops, and Marketing functions to drive business growth 
Execute initiatives to improve network-level occupancy and site-level profitability 
Partner with the finance team to build business plans, forecasts, and manage P&L reporting 
Present regular business reviews and performance updates to local and HQ senior management 
 Requirements  5+ years of experience in hospitality, FMCG, or a related field 
2+ years of managerial experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams
