            Job Responsibilities   Support the commercial team in preparing and coordinating customer quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation 
Follow up with clients on quotation submissions, clarify requirements, and support the decision-making process 
Manage equipment-related contracts, including monitoring delivery schedules and milestone-based payment timelines 
Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Quotations (RFQ) to equipment and material vendors 
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and ensure commercial deliverables meet service expectations 
Coordinate delivery of equipment and materials at PSA terminals, anchorages, or via freight forwarders 
Prepare commercial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for management review
