Commercial Executive

Our client in the Construction Industry is looking to hire a Commercial Executive.

Duties and Responsibilities Review tender bid submissions from a commercial and risk perspective. Draft, or oversee and approve the drafting, of Platform construction contracts with the assistance of the Group Legal Manager as and when necessary. Draft, or oversee and approve the drafting, of Platform legal, dispute, claim notification and contractual letters regarding material commercial matters. Support, and lead if necessary, the successful resolution of material commercial negotiations, claims and disputes. Ensure that the Platform's commercial and contractual entitlements are optimised, dealt with promptly and in accordance with the relevant conditions of contract.
