POSITION OVERVIEW

A specialist within the Dynamic Solutions Group is responsible for resolving file balances in our escrow trust accounts for direct operations and agency files. File resolution is the core enhanced service provided by this role. The specialist may be called upon to support additional functions, including interpleading funds, submitting unclaimed property, processing post-closing refunds, and categorizing active files.





DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolve escrow file balances accurately and efficiently

• Investigate disputed funds to be submitted to in-house counsel

• Apply knowledge of unclaimed property regulations and due diligence requirements

• Prepare amended settlement statements as needed

• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures and compliance standards
