Lead the Field – Supervise and direct all Walker field personnel, subcontractors, and site operations

Plan and Coordinate – Manage materials, manpower, schedules, and subcontractor activities

Execute the Work – Oversee installations of feeders, switchgear, lighting systems, and controls

Solve Problems – Address productivity issues, resolve conflicts, and adapt to project changes

Track Progress – Maintain daily reports, documentation, as-built drawings, and task hazard analysis
