We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Director – Orthopaedic Reconstruction to lead and execute the commercial strategy. This role holds full responsibility for commercial revenue growth, market expansion, and commercial excellence across our reconstruction portfolio.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise within the arthroplasty market, specifically TOS3 / NHSSC , strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to drive sustainable growth in surgeon-led and hospital-based markets.
