Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Agreement Staff to support our warehouse and distribution operations. This role will assist in monitoring commercial agreements, rebates, contracts, and logistics-related costs while coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing commercial agreements and rebate programs
• Calculate incentives such as rebates, discounts, free-of-charge (FOC) goods, and customer accommodations
• Process and monitor Credit Notes and related documentation
• Track and monitor contracts, agreements, and supporting documents
• Monitor and analyze warehouse and distribution costs (OPEX, OWF, etc.)
• Review and validate trucker billings and related reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
