Role Overview

The Commercial Deployment Specialist (Korean Speaker) supports Global Travel Retail operations across Asian markets by driving deployment activities, commercial planning, customer development, and consumer experience processes. The role acts as an extension of market back‑office, ensuring successful execution of initiatives and shared service projects while collaborating with multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Regional Global Travel Retail teams on commercial planning, customer development and consumer experience processes, co‑pilot execution in markets.
• Manage change and retention efforts for shared service initiatives (PMBS).
• Support retailer infrastructure projects, portfolio initiatives, digital task deployment, visual merchandising and online/offline content management.
