Commercial Contracts Attorney

A global professional services association seeks an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney for a long-term, temporary assignment with the potential for permanent conversion. The position is hybrid in New York City: three days onsite; two days remote. Start date is immediate and the hourly rate is $60-$80, depending upon experience.

Primary Duties:

The Commercial Contracts Attorney will review, structure, negotiate and draft a variety of general and specialized agreements necessary for the day-to-day operations of a cutting-edge global science and technology non-profit organization. Agreements include MSAs, NDAs. SOWS, licensing, venue/space agreements, vendor contracts, publishing, IT, and consulting agreements.
