Description
We are looking for a Commercial Collections Specialist to support accounts receivable activities for a wholesale distribution organization in Mesquite, Texas. This Contract position focuses on managing a portfolio of business-to-business accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and improving payment performance across assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with account research, discrepancy resolution, and collection follow-up while maintaining a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.


Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts and take proactive steps to secure timely payment on outstanding balances.

• Communicate with customers to address past-due invoices, answer billing questions, and resolve payment-related concerns in a detail-oriented manner.
