As a Commercial Business Partner - Performance, you’ll help lift enterprise performance by turning data and commercial insight into meaningful action. You’ll bring clarity, challenge, and smart analysis to the way we work, helping improve decision‑making across IAWAI through ROIC, cash performance, scorecards, and margin improvement.

You’ll play a key role in developing and embedding enterprise scorecards, analysing working capital and cash, and ensuring performance insights translate into practical steps that drive real results.
