Job Description

• Support Functions
  • Operations – Assist ad hoc;
  • Commercial – Ad hoc reporting and pull data;
  • Director – Ad hoc reporting and pull data
• Month – End
• Ensure the company is compliant (Both Namibia and South Africa) with all local requirements such as SARB approval
• Review Exports and integration between Palbroker, Xero and Power BI;
• Prepare, process and communicate all Export data as required.
• Accounts Receivable
• Daily processing of proforma & tax invoices credit notes, email to customers
• Oversee daily processing of proforma & tax invoices credit notes, email to customers
• Daily import of import tables for debtors & allocate in Xero
• Update daily manual statements for retailers;
• Resolve customer queries & collection of outstanding payments due
