Under the supervision of, and in consultation with, the CLXTII, Clinical Supervisor, and Manager the CLXT I is responsible to perform site specific manual and automated approved laboratory procedures, diagnostic imaging exams and related duties, following established standards and practices defined by the ACCLXT (Alberta College of Combined Laboratory and X-ray Technologists), CPSA (College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta), and HPA (Health Professions Act).In addition to a competitive rate of pay, APL currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
