As a Colors Platform Manager within the NA-Flavors team, you are empowered to bridge the gap between R&D, Operations, and Sales. You will be acting on behalf of both the business sponsor and ADM leadership with a high focus on day-to-day tactical actions for strategy execution. Your role involves managing and/or supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects that bring together experts from various business segments and corporate functions.
