We are looking for a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to support accounts receivable activities for a wholesale distribution organization in Addison, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining healthy aging balances, processing customer payments, and assisting with account review and follow-up. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with financial records, understands core accounting concepts, and can help reduce outstanding portfolio backlogs through accurate and timely collection support.


Responsibilities:

• Review aging reports regularly to identify overdue balances and prioritize collection efforts.

• Assist with reconciling customer accounts by researching discrepancies and matching payments to outstanding invoices.
