Develop and implement strategies to increase successful collections on outstanding debt.

Monitor and manage delinquent accounts, ensuring timely payments and coordinating with the accounts receivable department.

Recruit, train, and manage the collections team, setting targets and monitoring their performance.

Conduct risk assessments and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Support reporting requirements of the billing or credit department.
