Position Summary
Reporting to the Head Librarian, the Collections Manager is an out-of-scope position leading the development and stewardship of print, digital, and archival collections. This role ensures collections reflect community needs, support programming, and preserve local heritage. The position provides leadership in acquisitions, cataloguing, digital resources, and archives, supervising staff responsible for collections while exercising authority within approved budgets.
