We are looking for an experienced 3rd Party Collection Specialist (bilingual a plus) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for negotiating and collecting payments from your customers. What You’ll Do:

• Manage outbound and inbound calls to recover outstanding balances
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and techniques to locate customers
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements with consumers and businesses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and internal policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
