We back early-stage founders, and the cohort is where it all happens — the late-night Slack threads, the demo-day jitters, the can you intro me to this investor by Friday asks. We need one person to own that experience end to end.

This isn't a coordinator role where you forward emails and book rooms. You'll be the operator founders trust, the glue between mentors and money, and the person who makes a cohort feel less like a program and more like a turning point in someone's company.
