**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Schedule: Rotating days, evenings and weekends. Pediatric pharmacy experience preferred.

**As the Centralized Order Entry Pharmacist, you will ensure that medication orders meet standards for patient care. In this role, you will monitor prescriptions, verify that the dosage and type of medication are appropriate for the patient's condition, enter the orders into an online database, track and oversee prescriptions, evaluate patient care plans, and provide any necessary recommendations for the patient.**
