Iron Mountain seeks a motivated Customer Success Specialist for our Global Business Services team in Colombia. In this role, you will support and manage the post‑sales customer lifecycle for enterprise segment accounts to ensure customer loyalty and maximum product utilization.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and manage the post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise segment accounts, maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Track customer performance to keep clients engaged, facilitating up‑selling, cross‑selling, and handling renewals.
  • Facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process and train customers to optimize their activities using our products.
