This position operates automatic and manual coating furnace equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures.

Coating Operator - Aerospace Job Duties:

Equipment includes powder mixers, powder sifters, grit blast machines, coating furnaces, coating control panels.

Performs packing of parts into tooling and filling with coating powders.

Performs loading/unloading as well as starting/ending of coating runs in the coating furnace.

Performs unloading of parts from tooling and demasking masked parts.

At the discretion of the Shift Supervisor (Lead) the employee may be required to work in other departments to help maintain the flow of production to meet customer commitments.

Work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours.
