Job Description: CNC Programmer
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with the capability to program, set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines. This role requires proficiency in Mastercam software for programming CNC mills, lathes, and multi-task equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of G & M codes, Mazatrol programming, blueprint reading, and GD&T, with essential experience in the Integrex i Series.
Responsibilities

+ Program, set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines.

+ Utilize Mastercam software for programming of CNC mills, lathes, and multi-task equipment.

+ Understand and apply G & M codes and Mazatrol programming.

+ Read blueprints and apply GD&T principles.

+ Determine machining sequence and methodology.

+ Identify and procure appropriate cutting tools for CNC machining functions.

+ Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test/prove-out programming, and make adjustments.
