**Job Title: CNC Operator**
**Job Description**
This role involves operating CNC machines in a high-volume manufacturing environment to produce precision-formed powertrain components for automotive and industrial applications. You will work on 2nd or 3rd shift after completing initial training on 1st shift, consistently meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards. The position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, along with a positive, coachable attitude and solid work ethic.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce high-volume precision parts in a manufacturing environment.
+ Run production on assigned CNC equipment, consistently producing between approximately 500 and 1,100 parts per shift while maintaining quality standards.
