**CNC Mill Machinist (3 & 4 Axis) – Day Shift**

**Position Overview**

We’re hiring a skilled **CNC Mill Machinist** to join our growing machine shop team. In this role, you’ll set up and run **3-axis vertical and 4-axis horizontal mills** to produce high-quality, precision parts.

This is a great opportunity for a machinist who enjoys **hands-on work, problem-solving, and variety** in a collaborative shop environment.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Set up and operate **CNC milling machines (3-axis vertical & 4-axis horizontal)**
+ Machine precision parts directly from **blueprints and drawings**
+ Perform full **CNC setups** (work offsets, tool offsets, program verification)
+ Use **edge finders and indicators** for accurate setups
+ Build and set up your own tooling (drills, taps, end mills, etc.)
+ Run **manual equipment** when needed (Bridgeport, lathe, grinder, drill press)
+ Select proper tooling and adjust **feeds...
