Experience & Skill Requirements:
* 5-10+ years of previous machining experience - aerospace or high precision manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
* 5+ years of experience operating CNC multi-axis Milling machine preferred.
* Experience setting up and changing over jobs on CNC equipment.
* Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and gauges to ensure proper setups and machining operations
* Ability to operate multiple machines at the same time
